THE MOST UNTOUCHABLE FIGHTER IN ACTION
Look beyond the speed. Watch how he changes distance, draws a reaction, and turns a missed attack into an opening.
01 / THE APPROACH
The work often starts before the strike: managing distance, inviting a reaction, and preparing an answer. Study how Lerdsila connects those choices, from the jab–teep feint to the lean-back and counter.
Study how feints and offered openings can draw a response—and how Lerdsila prepares for what may come next.
Distance and position affect the attacks available in an exchange. Explore how Lerdsila manages the space and prepares for a reply.
Follow the evasion into a step, an angle, or a counter that fits the remaining distance.
02 / SEE INSIDE THE COURSE
These are actual frames from the lessons. Lerdsila’s demonstrations are paired with annotated replays and written explanations that bring the details into view.
LESSON 14 / JAB AND PUSH KICK (TEEP)
Study how the jab and teep work together to keep the opponent uncertain about what comes next. Follow the explanation into partner demonstrations and annotated replay.

LESSON 44 / LEAN BACK
The lesson teaches the rear-foot step, balance, and shoulder movement behind Lerdsila’s lean-back—and how he returns to counter. The replay makes the hand drop and evasive path visible.

LESSON 70 / ADVANCE AND RETREAT FOOTWORK
Work through five progressions, from slow stance-preserving steps to faster rhythms, double steps, and switching feints. You get a starting point and a way to add complexity.

That is the difference between watching a remarkable fighter and studying the details he teaches.

03 / BRUCE LEE’S “BE WATER” PHILOSOPHY
Bruce Lee’s “Be water, my friend” captures the appeal of Lerdsila’s striking: fluid as he evades, decisive as he counters. Study how he uses distance, rhythm, and deception to create that effect.
Lerdsila developed his craft at Jocky Gym under Pipa, then looked beyond one style to make other martial arts’ ideas his own. That curiosity echoes Lee’s “Absorb what is useful.” It also runs through the course’s lessons on imagination and enjoying the craft: experiment with the ideas, then build your style one movement at a time.
Anticipation begins before the strike. Study the distance, the attack he invites, and the opening that follows.

Watch on YouTube04 / THE WHY, THE WHEN, THE HOW
You can look sharp on the bag and still be unsure when to use a technique. Or know plenty of moves without knowing which ones fit together.
Study the situation around the technique: what sets it up, what reaction it draws, and what comes next. The course brings those details into view through Lerdsila’s demonstrations, annotated breakdowns, and written explanations.
Follow those ideas into Feinting!, Bait Attack: Fool your Opponent, Disrupt Rhythm and Balance, and Creating Counter Opportunities. Shadowboxing, bagwork, padwork, and sparring demonstrations then show ways to practice the pieces before combining them.

06 / TAKE IT INTO TRAINING
Start with basic range control or slow footwork. Lerdsila’s learning guidance is to choose the easiest movement before adding layers.
The shadowboxing and bagwork lessons separate fast combinations, slower powerful strikes, and dedicated footwork practice.
Revisit the detail you missed, then explore the next variation. The course encourages imagination, enjoyment of the craft, and building gradually from the easiest movement.

07 / THE COMPLETE COURSE
For martial artists who want more than another collection of moves: study the range, reactions, and decisions that connect defense to attack.

08 / BEFORE YOU BEGIN
How to start, what to practice, and what to expect.
You can begin with the parts of the movement. The footwork lesson works through five progressions, starting with slow steps before adding speed, double steps, and switching feints. Lerdsila’s learning guidance is to start with the easiest movement and add layers gradually. Work at a level appropriate to your experience; advanced applications need practice and coaching.
How distance, rhythm, and the opponent’s reaction affect your next choice. Study when to use the hands or teep to interrupt an attack, how to step into an angle after an evasion, and how a feint sets up a different follow-up.
A way to study Lerdsila’s ideas in detail between sessions. Revisit the explanation, compare the demonstrations, and bring a specific question back to practice: the distance, the setup, or the response you want to understand better.
The course includes solo shadowboxing, footwork, and bagwork. Partner, padwork, and sparring lessons show the movements with another person. You can begin with the solo material and bring appropriate partner work into your regular training.
Begin with range control and simpler footwork. Choose one lesson to focus on, revisit it, and add another layer once the movement feels controlled. Use the separate shadowboxing and bagwork approaches to work on combinations, power, and footwork.
Many core lessons include visible English captions and on-screen coaching notes. The course also includes written explanations. Some demonstrations and supplementary videos have no visible captions.
